Getting Started

  1. Sign up at https://www.quantobooks.com/signup

  2. You then get a verification email like this. Click verify email or the link.

  3. You will be brought to the setup page.

  4. If you are creating a new firm fill it out.

    1. To join a your teams’ firm, put in your firm name and tell our team. You’ll be added in 24h.

  5. Connect companies on the admin page - https://www.quantobooks.com/admin

    1. First click the connect to quickbooks button

    2. Then go through the quickbooks authentication flow to select and add your clients

    3. A new client will be added in client connections

  6. Once the clients are connected you will be presented with the Quanto Apps dashboard. https://www.quantobooks.com/home

    A. Month End Review

    An AI-powered application designed to automate and streamline the month-end close process. This tool becomes relevant once a client has ongoing monthly activity and you are preparing structured period-end reviews.

    B. Client Review

    An intelligent platform used to analyze a client’s financial books ( Uses Year to date logic). This application is primarily used during:

  1. Once you select Client Review/Month End Review, you will proceed to the report generation interface.

  2. Review new client reports - https://www.quantobooks.com/app/client-review

    1. Click generate report
    2. Wait for it to pull and analyze your data. This can take 5 to 10 min so feel free to grab a coffee while it works.

    1. Once complete you’ll see your reports ready.

    2. Lastly dive into the reports and anomalies. Click any row on the report table to open the sidebar.

Troubleshooting

Client Not Appearing After QuickBooks Connection

Confirm that your QuickBooks Online role is Administrator or Accountant to ensure client files can be accessed.

Report Appears to Be Stuck During Analysis

Refresh the page after several minutes, as larger files may require additional processing time.

Unexpected Flags in Reports

Open the sidebar for detailed context, and if a flag isn't relevant, document your assessment using the comment feature.
